A polyurethane foam method uses the concrete slab itself as a means of delivering poly foams that raise concrete, fill voids, and stabilize soils. This material will weigh on average 15-25 times less than a traditional mudjacking, applying less stress on an already failed foundation.

Polyurethane concrete raising achieves lift using a lightweight material that requires small and few injection holes. Also known as foam lifting, polyurethane concrete raising is the latest and greatest concrete repair method available.
Residential: Homeowners, Realtors, Property Management Companies & Real Estate Investors
- Cost effective
- Traditional interior pier installation 2’x2′ opening in slab vs 5/8″ drilled hole the size of a nickel
- Minimizes interior distress & disruption, ready to use same day
Commercial: Plant Managers, Purchasing Agents, Safety Coordinators & General Contractors
- Reduce vibration
- Eliminate trip hazards
- Raise & stabilize
- Little to zero down time
- Level, raise and stabilize slab settlement
- Slab curl/rocking slab
- Void fill
- Undersealing *reduces vibration from heavy machinery
- Machine stabilization *avoid further settlement under heavy machinery
- Lightweight material (4lbs. per cu ft.)
Our polyurethane foam method uses the concrete slab itself as a means of delivering poly foams that raise concrete, fill voids, and stabilize soils. A ⅝” hole is drilled through the slab into the subgrade and a tapered injection port is then installed into the ⅝” hole. The injection gun is connected to the port. The injection gun delivers the polyurethane material through the port and slab. Expansion of the material occurs within seconds, compressing loose soils and raising concrete.
