Manuel Acosta
 Senior Crew Chief / Field Manager

Manuel serves as the Senior Crew Chief for Foundation Dynamics, Inc. He originally worked as a Team Member when he joined the company four years ago. He was promoted to Crew Chief in 2013 and Senior Crew Chief in 2015. He plays a key role in training new crew members and maintaining good relationships and work environments that help minimize employee turn-over. He works side by side with Crew & Managers, Property Owners and Engineers to provide quality installations and repairs. He works closely with the front office and is able to communicate with Team Members, Management and Clients equally well.
